- Payments should be made only to official accounts or finance contacts.
- Invoices are due as outlined. If there’s a delay:

- All materials, conversations, and data stay private.
- We’ll never share your work without written consent, unless legally required.

- Sometimes we bring in trusted internal team members to support delivery.
- Regardless of who’s involved, Virtual Solutions India is fully accountable for quality and deadlines.
- We kindly request that clients don’t hire or engage Virtual Solutions India team members directly—both during and after a project.
- We rely on industry-standard tools to streamline work.
- While rare, if third-party tools go down or have issues, we’ll keep you updated—but such events are beyond our control.
- You’re welcome to review these tools’ policies for transparency.
- We believe great work begins with mutual respect.
- If there’s ever behaviour that’s abusive or unprofessional, we may pause or end our services.
- If you ever feel uncomfortable or disrespected, please reach out—we take all concerns seriously.
- Unforeseen events (natural disasters, power outages, etc.) may affect delivery. If so, we’ll be transparent and resume service as soon as possible.
- Not happy with how things are going? Let’s talk. We’re always open to feedback.
